Self-check-in: comfortably check-in at the hotel
Self-check-in kiosks enable quick check-in at the hotel. Check-out is also done at the dropbox. It couldn't be easier!
Digitalization has increased the value of efficiency and convenience and has also found its way into the hotel industry: Welcome self-check-in!
Use the convenient self-check-in kiosks in the hotel lobbies of selected Flemings Hotels and enjoy enjoy a quick and easy check-in at our hotels.
And there's no need for a lengthy check-out either. Simply drop your room card in the dropbox in the lobby when you leave. You will automatically receive your invoice on the same day by environmentally friendly e-mail.

The personal data is requested in compliance with the registration law. The digital signature takes place on the screen of the self-check-in terminal.
Payment for all booked services is made during check-in at the terminal. The following means of payment are accepted:
- Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay
- Maestro Card, Girocard
- Mastercard, Debit Mastercard
- American Express
- Unionpay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay
Yes, alternative payment authorisations and advance payments will of course continue to be taken into account.
Please note that all extra services during the stay (for example breakfast, visits to the restaurant and bar) will not be charged to the room; cashless payment is required at point of purchase for each service used.
During your check-in at the kiosk, our Flemings team will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
It is no longer necessary to check out on the day of your departure.
The check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please assist us in reusing the key cards and deposit them in the designated box in the lobby.
You have the option to leave your billing address during the check-in process.
The invoice will be sent to you by email by 2:00 pm on the day of departure.
Please note that all additional services during the stay (for example participation in the breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar visits or parking) cannot be added to the room bill; cashless payment for the services is required on site at the time of use.
If you wish to store luggage before your arrival or after your departure, please contact our Flemings team in the lobby.
We also provide storage capacity in some hotels. Simply select your preferred hotel from our hotel overview and find out whether lockers for luggage are available there.
