Use the convenient self-check-in kiosks in our hotel lobbies and enjoy a quick and easy check-in.
By the way: the check-out is a thing of the past. Simply throw your key card into the dropbox in the lobby when you leave. You will automatically receive your bill by e-mail on the same day.

The following languages can be selected for the operation of the check-in kiosks:

The personal data is requested in compliance with the registration law. The digital signature takes place on the screen of the terminal. 

Payment for all booked services is made during check-in at the terminal. The following means of payment are accepted: 

  • Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay  
  • Maestro Card, Girocard  
  • Mastercard, Debit Mastercard  
  • American Express 
  • Unionpay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club 
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay 

Alternative payment authorisations and advance payments will of course continue to be taken into account. Please note that all extra services during the stay (for example breakfast, visits to the restaurant and bar) can no longer be charged to the room; cashless payment is required at point of purchase for each service used.

During your check-in at the kiosk, our Flemings team will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.  

Please note that check-out is not necessary on the day of your departure. The check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please assist us in reusing the key cards and deposit them in the designated box in the lobby.

You have the option to leave your billing address during the check-in process. The invoice will be sent to you by email by 2:00 pm on the day of departure. 

Please note that all additional services during the stay (for example participation in the breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar visits or parking) cannot be added to the room bill; cashless payment for the services is required on site at the time of use.
