You have just finished school and want to start your practical professional life? Within 3 years you will work in all departments from the reception to the kitchen and you will have the opportunity to discover your personal passion. We encourage your individual development.
Training in gastronomy
You love to discover new things and enjoy great conversations and good stories from person to person - not from service staff to customer? With us, you'll learn to combine a love of detail with an eye for the big picture, whether in the kitchen, restaurant or bar.
Dual study
You want to combine theory and practice? As a dual student, you will learn in 3 years how a hotel is managed and you will face diverse and exciting tasks every day. We will accompany you and support your talents.
