Can I change or cancel my booking?

From now on, we offer flexible rates only to give you a good feeling even before you start your travel. Therefore we offer variable options for rebooking or cancellation.

The more inexpensive "Flex & Save Rate" ensures full flexibility regarding a possible rebooking. It includes the option for all guests to change their booking at any time for a handling fee of only 19 euros (plus possible tariff difference). With this rate you will always get the best value for money for your reservation and at the same time full flexibility.

If your travel period is already fixed, you can also choose the "Fast & Flex Rate". This guarantees a free cancellation until 6 pm on the day of arrival. You only need three clicks to make a reservation, you don't need a credit card and you can pay at the hotel site.

How do I check in or check out?

We ensure a safe and contact-minimized check-in and check-out according to the strictest hygiene and security standards (e.g. reception desk seperated by plexiglass).

Most of our hotels also offer digital, contactless check-in and check-out using a digital room key on your smartphone.

Can I get into my room without any personal contact?

Yes, almost all of our hotels have automatic doors at the entrance. In addition, in most of our hotels you will receive a digital room key for your smartphone. This allows you to get into your room without having personal contact with our staff.

How do I contact the staff at the hotel?

You can call the reception staff 24/7 by phone or by using our digital guest folder. Alternatively, our trained staff is of course also available to you in person.

Can I pay cashless?

Yes, in all our hotels cashless payment is possible. You can pay your room, your food, your drinks and everything else by using: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, V Pay, China Union Pay, Diners Club, JCB, Amex, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

Will the hotel be cleaned more than usual?

Yes, with new cleaning schedules for all public areas, the kitchen and the restaurants, we are further increasing our already comprehensive cleanliness standards.

This includes regular surface disinfection with steam cleaning equipment. We are also cleaning and checking the public toilets more frequently.

The hygienic cleaning of the guest rooms is carried out according to a strict concept with certified cleaning products followed by a sealing of the room.

Do the hotels have public disinfection stations available?

Yes, there are disinfection stations available in all our hotels for everyone at both the reception and in the lobby, and the public toilets are also equipped with disinfectant dispensers.

What do the security measures in the public areas look like? 

With new cleaning plans for all public areas as well as the kitchen and the restaurants we are further increasing our already comprehensive cleanliness standards.

This also includes regular surface disinfection. The public toilets are equipped with disinfectant dispensers and instructions on how to wash your hands properly. There are also signs in the public areas on the current hygiene rules.

With stickers on the floor at the reception, by the lifts and in the breakfast room we make the required distance visible. At the reception and in the lobby there are disinfection stations for everyone.

Only a limited number of people are allowed to use the lifts at the same time, disinfection and inspections are carried out continuously. In addition, contactless infrared thermometers are available at the reception for our guests and staff.

Can I still access all public areas?

No, the restaurant, our fitness rooms, the wellness area and the business centre will remain closed until further notice. Instead, we will provide you with a disinfected desk and high-speed WLAN in all our guest rooms.

Which options do I have to eat in the hotel?

We offer our guests breakfast and meals in the restaurant, with sufficient space between the tables. If you would rather avoid public areas, you can order food to your room or as take-away. You can pick up the food at the restaurant without any physical contact.

Due to the hygiene standards we currently offer no minibar in the guest rooms. Alternatively, beverages can be purchased at the reception at any time.

How do you train your employees?

Our qualified employees have been trained through special staff training courses, especially in the fields of food & beverage, cleaning, hand hygiene and wearing face masks.

Do I get face masks and hand sanitizers at the hotel?

Yes, if required, guests can purchase respiratory masks, hand sanitizers according to WHO standards and special door openers in all our hotels.

Is it possible to get tested for COVID-19 in the hotel?

Yes, we are in close contact with doctors for the possibility of getting tested for COVID-19. Additionally, contactless infrared thermometers are available at the reception in all our hotels for our guests and staff.

How do you work with external service providers?

We cooperate with certified suppliers for laundry, food and cleaning services and also pay close attention to the strictest safety precautions when receiving goods.

What can I do if I left something at the hotel?

Of course your safety is still important to us, even after a stay in one of our hotels. Therefore, we also pay attention to handling lost items in accordance with the strictest standards of cleanliness.
