Company Health Care
In order to ensure that you always have access to good healthcare services, Flemings Hotels GmbH & Co. KG offers company health care. You are entitled to make the most of this offer after just six months at the company. Flemings Hotels GmbH & Co. KG will then cover all supplementary private health insurance premiums and tax payments. This health insurance covers expenses such as payments for visual aids and dental prostheses and comes into force in the case of inpatient hospital stays. It is not available to trainees and temporary staff.
Payments to Employee Savings Schemes
Flemings Hotels GmbH & Co. KG voluntarily makes payments to employee savings schemes in all federal states of Germany at a standard rate. These payments are based on the Collective Labour Agreement of the German Federal State of Hesse, which stipulates the following maximum rates:
Permanent employees: 39.88 EUR / Trainees: 19.94 EUR
