When the hotel management company HMG Hotel Management & Servicegesellschaft was founded in 1990 with its head office in the Germany city of Frankfurt am Main, no-one could have expected that it would employ over 700 members of staff two decades later. During this period, the Fleming's Hotel Management & Servicegesellschaft mbH & Co. KG grew into an impressively large company.

Our hotel portfolio, which currently contains a total of 20 accommodation facilities, includes our own brand Fleming's and LiV'iN Residence by Fleming's, the Savigny Hotel Frankfurt City, as well as several hotels of the Deutsche Hospitality. For our Steigenberger and InterCityHotels, we have concluded franchise contracts with the company Deutsche Hospitality and with InterCityHotel GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the Deutsche Hospitality.
