Seven Paintings dinner in Munich

Seven Paintings, the renowned culinary experience, beautifies Munich! In October 2023, the European premiere was celebrated at Flemings Hotel München-Schwabing.

Be enchanted by a mix of culinary delights, culture and above all art and immerse yourself in a world full of colors and emotions. 

The special dinner in Munich is an interactive 7-course show, lasts two hours and takes you through the works of seven famous artists.

"For our dishes we only use high-quality and regional products. We buy seasonal fruit, herbs and vegetables in organic quality from regional vegetable traders we trust, with whom we have been working together for many years and whom we know personally," says Mathias Göttert, Gastronomy Director of the Flemings Hotel Group. "We are delighted to be able to bring a piece of Italy to Munich for our guests with the new summer menu. That's why the Focaccia is also produced here according to a traditional Ligurian recipe, whereby we allow the dough to rest up to five times". 

Visitors can enjoy homemade focaccia, made in the traditional way with sea salt and oregano, with young leaf spinach and ricotta cheese or with grilled peppers and spicy salsiccia. There are also vegetarian pasta dishes with root vegetable bolognese or a gorgonzola-saffron sauce. Those who prefer light dishes will enjoy various bowls with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Olives, hummus and agrodolce are available for the small appetite, profiteroles, seasonal fruits and raspberry tart for dessert. Come and visit us!
