Data collection, processing purpose and legal basis

Upon conclusion of the contract, we collect personal data about you. This concerns, for example, first and last name, address, e-mail address or telephone number. We use this information solely to fulfill our obligations under the contract with you. For example, we use your address to send you the ordered goods or your e-mail address to contact you.

Data transmission to processor

During processing, we use assistants, especially in the field of IT. They process your data as so-called “processors” and are obliged to handle the data with care. Further data transfers

We use the data only for sending newsletters.

If consent is given, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If the purpose of your registration is in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR is an additional legal basis.

Your registration is required for the use of certain contents and services on our website, for the performance of a contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures, respectively.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyse and improve the use of our website.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service of Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files that stored on your computer to allow an analysis of your use of the website. As a rule, the information on your use of the website generated by the cookie is transmitted to and stored on a server of Google in the USA. Google Adwords Conversion Tracking    
We use Google Adwords to display advertisements on Google and other third party websites. Conversion tracking helps us determine how successful each ad is. Our purpose is to show you advertisements of interest to you and to make our website more interesting to you. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 sub-section f GDPR.        

The advertising is delivered by Google via so-called "ad server". We use cookies to measure certain performance metrics, such as ads or user clicks. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords will save a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. This cookie will typically use the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant to post-view conversions), and opt-out information (mark that the user does not) as analysis values more would like to be addressed) saved.
These cookies allow Google to recognize your Internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Adwords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer will be able to detect that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We receive only statistical evaluations provided by Google. On the basis of these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective.
