HMG, Hotel und Management und Servicegesellschaft with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, was founded in 1990.

We operate 19 accommodation operations, 6 as franchisee of the Steigenberger and InterCity brands in Frankfurt, Bremen, Munich and Wuppertal and 9 of our own Fleming’s Hotels & Restaurants brand in Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna and Zurich as well as 3 boarding houses of our own brand LiV'iN Residence by Fleming's and the Hotel Atlantic in Frankfurt. 

Furthermore, we manage two subsidiary companies in Switzerland and Austria as well as our own purchasing company, Apollo Management & Service GmbH, and hold a 50% share in a cleaning and services company.

We have a total of 591 employees.

We are a partner of WORLDHOTELS, an exclusive worldwide collection of unique, independent hotels and regional hotel chains. Under the motto “Unique Hotels for Unique People” more than 500 member hotels at more than 300 destinations and 70 countries belong to WORLDHOTELS.

Thanks to its high tech sales organisation, the latest technology and global marketing campaigns, WORLDHOTELS provides independent hotels with the collective force of a strong, global hotel chain and at the same time makes it possible for them to preserve their distinct, individual character and unique identity.
