Fleming's Restaurant & Wine Bar can seat up to 50 people and offers a menu ranging from succulent grill and seafood specialities right through to Italian pasta. Each and every dish is noted for the freshness of its ingredients and for its individual touch. 

With a seating capacity for 120 people Fleming’s Brasserie & Delicatessen is a successful mix of contemporary design and French Brasserie style cuisine. The menu focuses on tried and tested classic Brasserie dishes.

Our mouth watering herb crusted lamb carré or our leg of duck in rosemary jus are an absolute must.
If it is just a snack you are looking for then our lovely staff will be delighted to serve you with king prawn tails in hot garlic oil or the “Les Halles” onion soup au gratin. And how about a crème brûlée to round the meal off? What a choice! And our extensive wine list comprising national and international top quality wines won’t make the decision process any easier. 

Fleming’s delicatessen is open to both hotel guests and to the general public; in fact to anyone who wants to spoil their loved ones with select produce and top quality delicacies. In addition to being able to purchase freshly filled baguettes, a selection of cheeses or delicious antipasti to take away, our delicatessen also offers hotel guests and members of the general public a select range of foods, wines, spirits, coffees, teas and patisserie.
